By accessing and using MUUNIVERS (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the legal entity identified in the Contact section. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher. Children under 13 are not permitted to create or use an account. If you are between 13 and 16, you may use the Service only with express consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. For users in the EEA, your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, if we believe you violate these Terms or the spirit of the platform.

By enabling email or push notifications you agree to receive communications according to your settings; you can disable them at any time in your account settings.

If you are a parent or guardian agreeing for a minor, you are responsible for that minor's use of the Service and for ensuring they comply with these Terms.

MUUNIVERS is a space for manifestation, gratitude, and positive intentions. We do not tolerate behaviour that goes against this spirit.

You may not use the Service to:

• Post hate speech: language that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against persons or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, orientation, gender identity, disability, or similar.
• Harass others: stalking, intimidation, threats, repeated unwanted messages, or any form of abuse.
• Spam: repetitive posts, unsolicited commercial content, bulk links, bots or automation to flood the feed or manipulate Sparks/relight.
• Post illegal content: defamation, threats, non-consensual sexual content, or any breach of applicable law.
• Impersonate another user or an official entity without authorisation.
• Abuse platform systems: fraud, abuse of Sparks, relight, or multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

We may remove content, suspend, or close your account. For hate speech, spam, or harassment we may act immediately, including without prior notice where permitted by law.

By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Community Guidelines and that violations may lead to loss of access.

You can report illegal content, policy violations, underage users, or IP infringement via in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at the legal/support contacts below. We review notices in good faith and, where required by law, provide reasons for moderation decisions and information on available appeal options.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use MUUNIVERS for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and manifestation purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or software
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

You may maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse the Service is prohibited.

Your account and username are personal and non-transferable. You do not own your username; you are granted a limited license to use it while your account is active.

We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign usernames that are inactive, impersonate others, violate trademarks, or that we need for operational or legal reasons.

You add your avatar, display name, username, and bio on your own responsibility. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights (e.g. images of people without their consent) or is offensive; otherwise you are responsible for what you post.

For wishes, gratitude, and notes: do not post confidential data. We do not guarantee the identity of users; interacting with them is at your own risk. MUUNIVERS does not verify the truthfulness of profiles.

For numerology and personalised horoscope you may enter data such as birth date and place; processing is described in our Privacy Policy. We recommend not sharing such data publicly; any sharing is at your own risk.

Users can choose between Public or Private visibility for their wishes. Private wishes are technically restricted from being viewed by other users, but remain subject to moderation policies to ensure community safety.

At account deletion we will cease public display and active use of your content in line with our retention policy (see Privacy Policy).

The license you grant is worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable (so we can operate the Service, including through partners and infrastructure providers), and for the duration of your intellectual property rights in the content. We will use your content only in connection with the Service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that we will store, back up, or retain your content. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any content that is important to you.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use and implement such Feedback without any compensation or obligation to you.

If you believe that we wrongly removed content, restricted visibility, or suspended your account, you may appeal through our support/legal contact channels. We will review appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. Where required by law (including in the EU), we will provide information about additional out-of-court dispute options.

You agree that content you upload may be displayed to other users in accordance with your visibility settings. If you are a Premium subscriber and set your profile and wishes to private, that content will not be shown to other users. Otherwise your content may be visible to others as per your choices. You are responsible for the visibility settings you select.

Visibility options are: private (only you), public (visible to all), and premium only (visible only to Premium subscribers).

You agree that we may use AI to process data you provide to deliver personalised horoscope, dream interpretation, and personalised notifications, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances. Additionally, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes, including data scraping or using content for training artificial intelligence models

You may not record, copy, download, distribute, or otherwise use the music available on the Service (Music Player), any visual materials, design, branding, logo, MUUNIVERS trademark, or platform resources (software, interface, functionality) without our prior written permission. Unauthorized reproduction of the platform, including its branding, logo, design, and software, falls under copyright and the applicable laws. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your account and legal action.

You represent that you comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering laws. You may not use the Service if you are located in a country embargoed by the U.S. or EU, or if you are on any restricted party list.

Diamonds and any other purchasable virtual currency are for use only within the Service; they have no cash value outside the platform and must be consumed in line with the features we offer. Upon account deletion, any unused balance is forfeited without refund.

Purchases of credits/Diamonds are final and non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise (including EEA consumer rights where applicable).

If your account is closed or suspended due to breach of these Terms or Community Guidelines, unused credits and paid amounts are generally not refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service you agree that we may use your data to operate, provide, and improve the platform, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUUNIVERS excludes:

• All representations, warranties, and conditions relating to this Service
• Liability for damages to the extent such limitation is permitted by applicable law
• Any guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or error-free

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND PERSONAL REFLECTION PURPOSES ONLY. AI-generated content (dream interpretation, numerology) DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. MUUNIVERS is not responsible for decisions made based on this information.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of personalised horoscope, dream interpretation, numerology, or other AI-generated content.

The Service may contain links or references to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party links is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee the continuous storage or backup of your content. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, server or network issues, force majeure, or our decisions to modify or discontinue features.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such change. Where the law requires (e.g. for EEA consumers), we will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material discontinuation where practicable.

Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, acts of authority, pandemic, major infrastructure failure, cyber attacks) may cause temporary unavailability; we will notify you where reasonably possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MUUNIVERS's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 6 months or the equivalent of 50 EUR (whichever is lower). We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss.

For consumers in the EEA, some of these limitations may not apply under your national law.

We may suspend or terminate your account where permitted by law, including where you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, abuse platform systems, or create legal/safety risk. Where required by law, we will provide notice and a statement of reasons.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

For breach of these Terms or the Community Guidelines (including hate speech, spam, or harassment) we may suspend or close your account without prior notice where permitted by law.

Upon account closure or suspension (including for violations), unused credits and amounts paid for use on the platform are generally not refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. See Payment Terms.

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate purposes (e.g. legal claims, audit) as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including without limitation ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution) will survive any termination of your account or these Terms.

Your right to bring legal proceedings before a court is not affected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU law. For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bucharest, Romania. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

For consumers in the EEA, the courts of your country of residence may have jurisdiction; nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (and any other documents referred to herein), constitute the entire agreement between you and MUUNIVERS regarding the Service.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required by law.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing.

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights except as expressly stated.

In the event of conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
