Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the MUUNIVERS platform (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms form a binding contract between you and AIRMAN PRODUCTION S.R.L., identified in section 2. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service (or the digital consent age in your country if higher). Children under 13 may not create or use an account. Between 13 and 16 access is allowed only with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. For EEA consumers, mandatory legal rights are not restricted by these Terms.
By using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time, at our sole discretion, if we consider that you breach these Terms or the spirit of the platform, where the law permits.
By enabling email or push notifications you agree to receive communications in line with your settings; you can turn them off at any time from Settings > Notifications.
If you are a parent or guardian accepting on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for that minor's use of the Service and for compliance with these Terms.
2. Service provider
MUUNIVERS is a web platform operated by AIRMAN PRODUCTION S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity registered with the Trade Register Office under no. J40/1552/2016, VAT number 35594720, with registered office at Bucharest, Sector 3, Bd. 1 Decembrie 1918, no. 2, bl. MY9, sc. 1, fl. 2, apt. 9. The Service is available internationally, subject to local legal restrictions and these Terms.
We reserve the right to transfer operation of the Service to an affiliate or successor entity (including as a result of a corporate reorganisation or relocation), with notice pursuant to section 23. The transfer shall not affect your acquired rights.
3. Definitions

4. Eligibility
By creating an account you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract and that the information provided is correct. For rules regarding minors, see section 1.
5. Licence to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use of manifestation and reflection. This licence is not a transfer of ownership. Under this licence you MAY NOT:
- Modify, copy or redistribute the Service's materials or software
- Use the materials for commercial purposes or public display without our written permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the Platform's source code
- Remove copyright notices, trademarks or other proprietary notations
6. User accounts
Account creation
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the password and all activity on the account.
Account security
Notify us immediately at security@muunivers.com about any security breach or unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses resulting from failure to comply with this obligation.
Closing the account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is irreversible; all data, progress and unused diamonds/credits will be permanently lost, except for data we are legally required to retain.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or abuse the Service is forbidden.
The account and username are personal and non-transferable. You do not own the username; you are granted a limited licence to use it while the account is active.
We reserve the right to reclaim or reallocate inactive usernames, usernames that impersonate others, infringe registered trademarks or that we need for operational or legal reasons.
7. Your responsibility: profile, avatar and sensitive information
You add your avatar, display name, username and bio at your own risk. Do not upload content that violates others' rights (e.g. images of people without consent) or that is offensive; otherwise you are responsible for what you post.
We strongly recommend that you never publicly share sensitive information such as: physical address, phone number, financial data (IBAN, cards), health data, passwords or anything that could expose you to identity theft or abuse.
For wishes, gratitude and notes: do not post confidential data. We do not guarantee the identity of users; interactions are at your own risk. MUUNIVERS does not verify the veracity of profiles.
For numerology and personalised horoscope you may enter data such as date and place of birth; processing is described in the Privacy Policy. We recommend that you do not share this data publicly; any sharing is at your own risk.
You can choose between Public or Private visibility for wishes. Private wishes are technically restricted from other users, but remain subject to moderation policies for community safety.
8. User-generated content and conduct
Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you create, post or share on the platform. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute the content in connection with the Service.
Upon account deletion we will stop public display and active use of your content in line with our retention policy (see Privacy Policy).
The licence is worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable (to operate the Service through partners and infrastructure providers) and for the duration of your intellectual property rights. We use the content only in connection with the Service and in line with the Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee storage, backup or preservation of your content. Keep your own copies of content important to you.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback (‘Feedback’), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, modify and incorporate them into the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.
If we wrongfully remove your content, restrict your visibility or suspend your account, you may appeal at appeals@muunivers.com. We review appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. Where required by law (including in the EU under the DSA), we provide the reasons for moderation decisions and information on out-of-court dispute resolution options.
Prohibited content
You must not post, upload or share content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive or defamatory
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Contains spam, malware or malicious code
- Promotes violence, discrimination or hate speech
- Is sexually explicit or inappropriate for minors
- Contains personal information of other people without consent
Content moderation
MUUNIVERS is not responsible for the conduct of users or the content of private messages. We do not actively monitor all interactions. You are responsible for your relationships with other users. Soliciting money, financial data or passwords is strictly forbidden. Report abusive behaviour via the in-app reporting feature.
Your content may be displayed to other users according to your visibility settings. If you are a Premium subscriber and set your profile and wishes as private, the content will not be shown to other users. You are responsible for the settings you choose.
Visibility options are: private (only you), public (visible to everyone) and Premium-only (visible only to Premium subscribers).
You agree that we may use AI to process the data you provide for personalised horoscope, dream interpretation, quotes, affirmations and personalised notifications, in line with the Privacy Policy.
9. Vision Board (Premium)
The Vision Board feature lets you create private digital boards with images, text and other content. It is available only with an active Premium subscription. When the subscription ends or is paused, access to Vision Board is immediately suspended. Vision Board data (canvases and images) is stored on our servers and remains private to your account. If you do not renew Premium within 90 days, we will permanently delete the data from our servers. You retain ownership of the content, but grant us a licence to store, display and process it to provide the Service. Do not upload illegal, defamatory, abusive, obscene content, content that infringes third-party IP or contains personal data of others without consent. We do not guarantee backup or permanent storage; export important content before the subscription ends.
10. Public gratitude chat
Messages posted in the public Gratitude chat are visible to all users. By posting you accept that the message may be moderated in line with the Community Guidelines.
Community moderation: any user may report a message for inappropriate content. After 3 distinct reports from different users the message is automatically hidden from the public chat but remains visible to its author. The moderation team may review the case later.
If one of your messages is hidden and you believe the decision is wrong, you may appeal at appeals@muunivers.com pursuant to section 8 (Right to appeal).
11. Community guidelines
MUUNIVERS is a space for manifestation, gratitude and positive intentions. We do not tolerate behaviour that contradicts this spirit.
You must not use the Service to:
- Hate speech: language that attacks, demeans or incites hatred against persons or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, orientation, gender identity, disability or similar.
- Harassment: stalking, intimidation, threats, repeated unwanted messages or any form of abuse.
- Spam: repetitive posts, unsolicited commercial content, mass links, bots or automation to flood the feed or manipulate Sparks/relights.
- Illegal content: defamation, threats, non-consensual sexual content or any breach of applicable law.
- Pretending to be another user or an official entity without authorisation.
- Abusing platform systems: fraud, abuse of Sparks, relights or multiple accounts to bypass limits.
We may remove content, suspend or close your account. For hate speech, spam or harassment we may act immediately, including without prior notice where the law permits.
You can report illegal content, policy violations, minor users or IP infringements via the in-app tools or at support@muunivers.com. We review reports in good faith and, where required by law, we provide the reasons for decisions and appeal options.
12. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service for illegal purposes or cause others to commit illegal acts. You must not violate international, European, national or local laws or regulations. Also, you must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or to other users' accounts
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected servers
- Use the Service to harass, abuse or harm other users
- Collect or gather personal information of other users
- Use the Service for unauthorised commercial purposes, including scraping or using content to train AI models
You represent that you comply with all applicable export control laws, international sanctions and anti-money laundering laws. You must not use the Service if you are located in a country under EU, US or UN embargo, or if you appear on a list of restricted parties.
13. Intellectual property
Our rights
The Service and its original content, features and characteristics remain the exclusive property of MUUNIVERS (AIRMAN PRODUCTION S.R.L.) and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
Trademarks
The name MUUNIVERS, the logo and all associated names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of AIRMAN PRODUCTION S.R.L. or its affiliates. Their use requires our prior written permission.
Copyright complaints (including DMCA)
If content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@muunivers.com including: your contact details, identification of the protected work, identification of the allegedly infringing material (URL or location in the app), a statement of good faith and a statement regarding accuracy and authority. For US claims this procedure meets DMCA requirements. We may request additional information and, where applicable, allow counter-notices.
Trademark complaints
If content or use infringes your trademark rights, contact us at legal@muunivers.com with details (registration number, jurisdiction, description of the infringement). We will respond to valid complaints in line with applicable law.
14. Music player and audiovisual materials
You must not record, copy, download, distribute or otherwise use the music available in the Service (Music player), visual materials, design, branding, logo, the MUUNIVERS trademark or platform resources without our prior written permission. Unauthorised reproduction falls under copyright law and may result in account closure and legal action.
15. Payments, subscriptions, diamonds, donations and VAT
15.1. Premium subscription
The Premium subscription gives access to exclusive features, including Private Wishes (visible only to the author), Vision Board, AI wish refinement and advanced cosmic personalisation. Payment is made in advance via Stripe, on monthly or annual cycles per the plan chosen. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle; cancellation is available at any time in Settings and takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle (access to Premium features remains until then). We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused periods, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
15.2. Diamonds and credits (digital content)
Diamonds and any other purchasable virtual currency are intended solely for use within the Service, have no cash value outside the platform and must be consumed in line with the offered features. Pursuant to GEO 34/2014, Art. 16(m), by purchasing digital content you expressly consent to the start of the service and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the content is delivered to your account. Save where mandatory law grants other rights, digital purchases are final and non-refundable after delivery. On account deletion any unused balance is lost without refund.
15.3. Donations
The platform allows voluntary donations via Stripe in certain areas. Donations are voluntary contributions, do not grant additional rights, privileges or services and, once successfully processed, are non-refundable except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Donations are not tax-deductible, except where we issue a separate tax document that expressly states such deductibility.
15.4. VAT and pricing
AIRMAN PRODUCTION S.R.L. is currently not VAT-registered in Romania under Art. 310 of the Fiscal Code (below the annual turnover threshold of RON 300,000). Consequently: (a) prices displayed are final prices with no VAT applied on the invoice, both for consumers in Romania and for other EU consumers, for as long as the company remains not-VAT-registered and stays below the EU threshold of EUR 10,000/year of B2C sales to EU non-RO consumers; (b) for customers outside the EU no Romanian VAT applies, and any local taxes (sales tax, GST, local VAT) remain the customer's responsibility under local law; (c) upon crossing any applicable legal threshold (RON 300,000 national or EUR 10,000 B2C EU non-RO sales), we will register for VAT in Romania or for the EU OSS regime as applicable, and will adjust prices and invoicing in line with the law, notifying you pursuant to section 23. Consumers who are natural persons receive the Stripe receipt as proof of payment; a tax invoice bearing the customer company's details (name, VAT number) is issued upon written request to billing@muunivers.com.
15.5. Pricing errors, chargebacks and anti-fraud
In the event of an obvious technical error where a product is shown at a derisory price, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund the amount. Any unjustified chargeback attempt with your bank, without contacting us first, will result in the immediate and permanent closure of the account and may lead to legal action to recover the amounts and damages.
16. Referral programme
The platform may offer a programme through which existing users can recommend the Service to others and receive virtual rewards (e.g. Sparks, Flames, Diamonds). Programme rules:
- One account per person; self-referral (inviting your own new account) is forbidden
- Creating multiple accounts or using false identities to obtain rewards is fraud and leads to revocation of rewards and closure of accounts involved
- Rewards have value only within the Service, have no cash value and are not transferable
- We reserve the right to change the rules, values or conditions of the programme, or to end it at any time, with prior notice where required by law
17. Privacy Policy
Privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy) governs the collection and use of your data and is an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service you agree to data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
18. Disclaimers
The Service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without express or implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the Service, liability for damages to the extent limitation is permitted and any warranty of continuous or error-free availability.
THE SERVICE IS OFFERED SOLELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND PERSONAL REFLECTION. CONTENT GENERATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (horoscope, dream interpretation, numerology, affirmations, quotes, wish refinement) DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL or any other professional advice. MUUNIVERS is not responsible for decisions made based on such content.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the personalised horoscope, dream interpretation, numerology, Human Design or other AI-generated content.
The Service may contain links or references to third-party sites, services or content. We do not assume and are not liable for third-party content, their privacy practices or their terms. Use of these links is at your own risk.
We do not guarantee continuous storage or backup of your content. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.
19. Service availability; changes; discontinuation
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, server or network issues, force majeure or our decisions to modify or discontinue features.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you or third parties. Where required by law (e.g. EEA consumers) we will make reasonable efforts to notify in advance of material interruptions where practicable.
Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, acts of authorities, pandemic, major infrastructure failures, cyber attacks) may cause temporary unavailability; we will notify you where possible.
20. Beta and experimental features
Some features may be marked as ‘beta’, ‘experimental’, ‘early access’ or similar. These features are provided for testing purposes, may be unstable, may contain errors, may be substantially changed or withdrawn without prior notice, and are not subject to any service-level commitment (SLA). Their use is at your own risk.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of MUUNIVERS / AIRMAN PRODUCTION S.R.L. for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding the triggering event or the equivalent of EUR 50 (whichever is lower). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, loss of profit, data or opportunities.
For EEA consumers some of these limitations may not apply under mandatory national law; nothing in these Terms limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury caused by fault.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AIRMAN PRODUCTION S.R.L., its affiliates, licensors, employees, contractors, agents and directors against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
23. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. If you do not agree to the changes you may close your account beforehand; continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Section 15.4 (VAT and pricing) and section 2 (Service provider) include specific clauses allowing us to update pricing policy and the contracting entity with notice, without a separate amendment of the Terms.
24. Withdrawal and termination of the account
If you are an EEA consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of entering into the contract. For digital content and services this right may be lost if you expressly consented to starting performance within the withdrawal period and confirmed that you lose this right (see section 15.2). To exercise the right of withdrawal contact us at legal@muunivers.com.
We may suspend or close the account wherever the law permits, including when you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, abuse platform systems or create safety or legal risks. Where required by law, we provide notice and the reasons for the decision.
You can close your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support@muunivers.com.
For breaches of the Terms or Community Guidelines (including hate speech, spam, harassment) we may suspend or close the account without prior notice where the law permits.
On closure or suspension of the account (including for breaches), unused credits and paid amounts are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may retain certain data after closure in line with the law or for legitimate purposes (legal requests, audit), in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Clauses which by their nature must survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, applicable law, dispute resolution) shall remain in force after the end of the account or these Terms.
25. Complaints and dispute resolution
For any complaint about the Service, contact us at support@muunivers.com or legal@muunivers.com. We review and respond within a maximum of 30 days.
We encourage amicable resolution of any dispute before addressing an authority or court.
Your right to refer matters to the competent courts is not affected.
26. General provisions and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
For EEA consumers, courts of your country of residence may have jurisdiction; nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory legal rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIRMAN PRODUCTION S.R.L. regarding the Service.
You may not assign these Terms or the account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor, with notice where required by law.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing.
These Terms do not create rights for third parties, except as expressly provided.
In case of conflict between the Romanian version and a translation, the Romanian version prevails, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
